What is the name of this movie?

I think it came out around 5 years ago. I remember a woman going to a remote house that used to belong to her parents, for her to stay and wait for her boyfriend. After a while her sister shows up (who was believed to be dead for years), and they start hanging out at the house and what not. Then someone who works at the house shows up (a creepy guy with a white shirt and overalls) and he seems normal at first but towards the end he tries killing the two sisters, then they are trapped in a room in the upstairs of the house and the girl jumps through the window and dies. At that point the girl wakes up and discovers it was all a dream.
