Im in a bit of a pickle help!:O?

So yesterday i went to the hospital to see my sick grandma who's deathly ill. As i was leaving i tripped on a cord hooked to one of her machines and accidentally unplugged a few things. Everyone all ways calls me a clutz so i didn't wanna tell anyone about what i had just done. today we got a call that my grandma is no longer with us and they don't know how she died so suddenly! im scared i killed my grandma!:O!! theres no way im telling anyone because well i don't wanna be a killer! is it possible i killed my grandma?also should i try and blame my mom by telling her i think she unplugged a cord by accident? or make others feel guilty for not visiting her enough idk there just ideas?
