BJJ vs Point fighting Karate in a street brawl?

Yeah say a BJJ black belt goes up against a point fighting karate black belt "by point fighting I mean only strikes no grappling experience whatsoever..." who would win? I'm thinking the BJJ guy because if he can get the karate guy down then he's done... But the Karate guy if he's able to keep his distance and land blows it's a bit of a pickle...
