What to wear for paintball? 10 POINTS IF ANSWERED IM GOING TODAY?

Um im going paintballing in a hour, and im not sure what to wear. Um people told me to wear old clothes, the only old clothes i have is these overall pants that go to my waste. its covered in white paint as i used those overalls for painting my house. I will wear an old jacket, but do you think i should wear the overalls covered in white paint, there kinda loose, to wear, and they really don't look very fashionable. Or should i jsut wear some old jeans? Any clothing to prevent pain? Also what shoes do i wear and what socks?
