My butthole hurts and its really hard to poop?

I was in the shower and i put mutable pickles into my anus. i put shampoo on as lube. i think the vingar from the pickles may have caused some serious irratiation because my butthole has blood coming out of it and its very very painfull to poop, WHAT DO I DO
