Does anyone think he has a crush on me?

So...I'll try to shorten it. Whenever I talk to him in person I look in his eyes ( I always look in people's eyes when I talk to them) and I see him stare right back in mine and kind of smile. Sometimes when I talk to him IT SEEMS like he gets so lost in my eyes that he doesn't think straight like once I was talking to him about a girl and he said he didn't know her cuz I'm the only girl he knew in this particular group then I listed like 2 other girls that I thought he knew and he was like "Huh?? Oh...oh yeah I them too" and he always listens to what I saying and when I ask him dumb questions he answers them without complaining or being rude or sarcastic like all the other boys. and recently it seems like EVERYTIME I glance over at him, even from across the room, he's staring right at me. everytime. and he and I are pretty good friends. one time we were playing dodgeball with some friends and he threw the ball at me at my back without me looking before the game started and I turned around and he was laughing and then we got into this mini war before the game that lasted maybe 30 secs :P he always talks to me and seems like he always tries to stay in the same room as me, and lastly, he got my number somehow and HE texted me first saying whats up and he made me guess who it was but just recently whenever I text him he either doesnt reply or seems like he doesnt really want to carry on a convo with me...so does anyone think that he likes me? BTW I like him too :)
