Can you identify this horror film?

This was from when I was young in the 80s so some details might be wrong but anyway, I remember a load of people lost in a cave or something, somebody puts their arm in a hole in the wall and gets their arm grabbed or bitten or something (I think this also happens in Graveyard Shift but it's not that). I remember the cave having like a blue hazy colour, this could've been crap TV. Anyway, also I vaguely remember eyeballs looking at them through holes in the walls. There was at least 1 woman in the team of people, I think they wore uniforms like overalls or something. Cheers!
